How to Book Your Consultation

Thank you for your interest in our services! To secure your initial consultation, we require a $25 deposit. If you decide to move forward with therapy, this $25 deposit will be fully deducted from the cost of your first official session.




Steps to Complete Your Request:

  1. Submit Request: Click the "Book Consult" button to select a time through our secure portal.

  2. Check Your Email: You will receive a link to set up your private Client Portal account.

  3. Save Your Card: Log into the portal and complete the Credit Card Authorization form to securely save your payment method.

⚠️ Important Policies:

  • Card Upload Deadline: Your payment card must be uploaded to the portal at least 24 hours before your scheduled consult time, or your appointment request will be automatically declined.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy: We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to receive a full refund of your $25 deposit. Cancellations made under 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.
